  1. How to Enter: 

    Submit a product review on Ceilume.com between August 1- 31, 2026. Reviews do not need to be positive to qualify for entry. Reviews that include a photo or video will receive two entries. Entrants are solely responsible for the content of their submissions. To enter without submitting a review or making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: Ceilume Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 511, Graton, CA 95444. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 4, 2026.

  3. Eligibility: 

    This sweepstakes is open only to U.S. residents who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry. Partners, employees, contractors, and family members of Ceilume are NOT eligible to enter or win.

  4. Prize and Odds: 

    One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100. Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.) The number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period will determine the odds of winning the prize. The prize winner will be randomly selected on September 7, 2026, by the Sponsor and contacted via email that day. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. The potential winner must respond within thirty (30) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  5. Release: 

    By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its prize suppliers, and each of such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  6. Publicity: 

    Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for sweepstakes purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

  7. General Conditions: 

    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  8. Limitations of Liability: 

    The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Upon awarding the prize, the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner.

  9. Disputes: 

    Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility should special circumstances arise, all decisions are final and binding. Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify entrants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. As a condition of participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (a) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain costs, judgments, or awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim or seek punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or any other damages, other than for actual, third-party out-of-pocket expenses, and in such limitation, entrant further waives any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (b) any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, through binding arbitration as set forth above, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees and court costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every entrant. Participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon the entrant's fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein.

  10. Compliance with Law and Governing Law: 

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.
