We received our product on time and in excellent condition.  Since we were looking for the "copper" tile look in our basement recreation room, I tested the "hammered copper" paint I liked so well on one of the samples you sent; we knew we were going to be very pleased. 

We hired a local contractor to install our grid for us and he was a little skeptical about the panels.  While he installed grid, I spray painted the tiles.  I was especially happy that we could maximize the ceiling height, since the panels are flexible and easy to install.  Cutting the panels to the required sizes was a snap!  Once installed, everyone was extremely impressed, even my contractor.

Here are a couple of photos of my installation of the Stratford tiles with a CeilingLink grid system in my garage.  This is an unheated garage in upstate New York, and Ceilume was one of the very few panels I found that can handle the range of temperature and humidity, and far and away the most reasonably priced.  Your service and product are excellent, installation was a breeze, and I look forward to doing business with Ceilume in the future.
