Ground shipping to anywhere in the United States and Canada is free. Ceilume ships all eligible orders via the common carrier of our choice (UPS, Fedex, etc.).
Please note that larger orders may need to ship via freight carrier rather than common carrier. Once your larger order is received, we will contact you to set up a speedy and hassle-free delivery.
For expedited orders, shipping costs are based on UPS' current posted rates, and are calculated by both the size and weight of the package(s) being shipped. An expedited shipping quote for your order can be obtained by entering the shipping address zip code in the appropriate field in your Shopping Cart.

Delivery
All Ceilume Ceiling Tiles are custom run to order. Manufacturing can take up to five (5) business days. Some orders may be processed faster, but no guarantees are offered for faster manufacturing than stated above. Manufacturing time begins once payment is received and/or approved (see Payment Terms for more information).
Total Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time
Please note that choosing expedited shipping will only expedite the shipping time of your order; it will not speed up the manufacturing process.
Signatures are required for delivery on all product order shipments. A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided once an order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking number closely for accurate delivery information.
Sample orders ship within one (1) business day, and sample shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.
Canadian Shipments
For your convenience, Ceilume combines all taxes and fees into the Canadian Border Cost, (which is displayed on Canadian orders), and then handles all import responsibilities for you. The Canadian Border Cost includes the combined costs (where applicable) of:
- Goods and Services Tax
- Provincial Sales Tax
- Harmonized Sales Tax
- Brokerage Fees
