We Are Open and We Are Safe!

We are grateful to be able to report that we are open, we are accepting new orders, and we are shipping those orders within our usual 5-day lead time.

Because our top priority is the safety of our employees and our customers, we have implemented many changes with that in mind. Our small but mighty tech department has set up work-from-home stations for any of our employees who can or need to work from home, and we have created safe work spaces and guidelines for all of the employees who continue to work from our facility. We have also adjusted work schedules to accommodate the ever-changing lifestyles of our employees, especially our most vulnerable and employees with children at home. Our showrooms at both our Graton, California facility and in Portland, Oregon are closed to the public.

We are tight-knit family at Ceilume and we miss seeing each other in person every day, but through the use of modern technology we have been able to keep in close and constant contact - not only to make sure that your orders are shipping out, but, most importantly, to continue our connection as a family and to make sure everyone has what they need to be (and feel!) safe and cared for.

Shipping Delays

Due to COVID-19, packages are taking longer than normal to reach their destinations once they leave our facility. All shipping companies are contending with heavier workloads, reduced staffing, and strict social distancing policies. Most of our customers continue to receive their orders within our normal time frame, however, we ask that you keep shipping delays in mind when considering your project timeline.
