For all product orders, Ceilume Ceiling Tiles accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders, and checks.
On all orders being paid by credit card, authorization is required at the time of the order. If the credit card is declined, the order will not go into production until payment is resolved. The customer will be notified of the details of any problems by email or phone. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Ceilume to resolve any payment problems after initial contact.
For orders being paid by check or money order, manufacturing will begin once the check or money order is received (all checks/money orders should be made out to Ceilume and mailed to PO Box 511 Graton, CA 95444).
Sales tax will be calculated and charged only for orders shipping within the state of California. Rates are based on the city/county to which the ceiling tiles are being shipped. If a customer plans on reselling Ceilume products they need to contact us prior to placing their order.
