Sorry it has taken me so long to write back, but it has taken us longer than expected to upgrade out basement.  I am forwarding you four pictures that I took this morning of the section of the basement where we needed the tiled ceiling.  First, the Ceilume tile has COMPLETELY transformed the look of the basement.  Everyone compliments the ceiling and when they touch it, they can't believe it's not wood!  Half of our basement has low duct work where we do not have an option other than a drop ceiling. We LOVE the tiles and they were so super easy to install!

We absolutely love the ceiling tile, it installed super easy and looks fabulous.  I attached a few pictures if you want for your examples, thanks to everyone at the company, everything from ordering samples to installation was excellent!

Install went fine, they are easy panels to work with. Not 100% sure I would do again once cost is factored, but not sorry I spent it this time. I get lots of compliments and have pointed a couple folks toward your website.

The ceiling was really easy to install which was great and I think it looks great too. However, I was expecting it to be a bit more substantial. If you would do anything, perhaps offer some insulation or something to sound proof. With this ceiling I can hear everything from the room above this. We were concerned about putting anything on top of it for fear it wouldn't hold up because the Ceilume is so thin and light. With that, I've attached two photos.

Ceilume, I am so happy to have found your ceiling products. They were so easy to order and install. My kitchen was transformed in a few hours. We recently remodeled the offices of our Lead and Worship Pastors. WestGate is a fairly large church and the demands on our pastors are pretty high. Our goal was to create office spaces which could be presentable, but not too ostentatious for meetings and also be a comfortable working environment. The building was built over 40 years ago and previous ceiling was extremely old acoustical tile.

Our installation went very well. My facility crew found the tiles easy to work with  The product performed as I expected and I have two very happy pastors!  Here's a few photos from my phone.

My project was to frame and drywall the west and south walls in a basement room we used as a schoolroom. The Ceilume tiles were the easiest part of the job. They cut smoothly for fitting around corners and a couple of pipes that could not be moved. The lightness of the tiles made installation a breeze and gentle on my tired shoulders after resetting the grid. I was so thrilled with it that I had to blog about it to my friends.
Our fourteen year old  stretched out on the floor when it was all done. Looking up at the tiles, he said, " this is like being in a fancy hotel room. The ceiling gives this room class." That's saying a lot for their schoolroom now turned into a game room.
Friends thought the tiles were made from wood!

I have finished my project.  i will take some better pictures and send them to you, here are a few.  I turned an empty basement into an Irish bar.  building the bar, back bar, and top bar out of Black Walnut.  I used the Ceilume on the drop ceiling I built.  I have 10 foot ceilings and did an inverted tray ceiling to create a great look.

I am very satisfied with my new ceiling. All of the standard tiles found at the large home improvement stores had an institutional look, rather than a warm, residential, custom look.  Also I needed to cut half of the 34 ceiling panels to fit the curves and moldings of my ceiling.  Your panels were so easy to work with.  I was able to use a good pair of scissors and a utility knife to cut the panels. My companion asked me why I didn't just have our handyman do the work.  I told him, "I only have him do the hard jobs". Thanks for a wonderful product.

I am finally sending you the pictures of our before and after family room with our new ceiling tiles! The room has gone from the ugliest to the most popular room of the house.

The Ceilume Polyline Tiles worked very well. They are covering more than 20 rows in a computer room. Your tiles helped trap the cold air and improve efficiency of the AC units.

I want to say that we have been in business for 40 years, with our restaurant  and we received more compliments on our new ceiling than any other upgrade we ever did. It looks wonderful  and it was a piece of cake to install. Don't be surprised to get few orders from our area because I had lots of people asking me where we got that ceiling? The project came out perfectly!! Although when my husband and I started talking about finishing our basement I was not happy at having to install a drop ceiling, I had no idea products like yours were available.  I had visions of the traditional cheap looking ceiling panels you buy at regular home improvement stores.  Definitely not what I had envisioned for by basement remodel.  I was thrilled when I found your products online.  I loved the tiles we chose as they were beautiful and very easy to install.  I'm not sure what the cost is compared to the traditional ceilings as I never priced them, but I would gladly pay the amount again to have the project turn out as it did.  I thought it was relatively inexpensive and still gave us the convenience of allowing it to be removed if we needed to do any wiring or plumbing maintenance.  

I would definitely recommend to friends and family that they try these products and most importantly - this company.  I called about 4 times before actually purchasing, and each time I got knowledgeable and friendly staff to answer my questions.  I was hesitant at first about buying online, but you and your co-workers really put me at ease answering all my questions.  The products arrived in excellent condition and right on time.

I've sent a few pics - I'm not sure they really do the ceiling justice.   Please ignore the decorating as we still have some projects to finish up and the furniture is not arranged properly, baseboard and trim is not completed -- but the ceiling looks beautiful.

Sorry for the slow response. We just finished painting this last weekend and we are now looking for new furniture.  The ceiling took me about 4 days to install myself - just over  750 square feet in total.

We are very happy with it - very nice product, easy to work with ! (and yes you can quote me).

Also, in an effort to shamelessly promote my rather expensive hobby, I am a film-maker (on the side) and the basement you see in the photo is being set up as a film company/music studio.

Everyone is very pleased with the ceiling tiles.  The person who installed it said that it was easy to work with and it only took him a couple of evenings to complete the ceiling.

We love our Ceilume Ceiling, everyone we show asks where we got it, and we have been singing your praises ever since. We love it!

We needed to use this type of tile throughout two of our clean room labs in order to allow the existing fire sprinkler system to function to its optimum in case of a fire. It was practically a drop in fit except where some ducting and extension cords came through. It was very easy to cut the needed shape in the tile.

I absolutely love the tiles I ordered from Ceilume!!  I recently opened an art gallery and I choose the Aristocrat and was advised by one of your co-workers to also use the Stratford edge tile.  They are awesome, in most cases I can't get people to stop looking up at the ceiling rather than the art on the walls!! Your ceiling tiles have been a huge hit! We are a very large church in a facility that is around 20 years old. This spring we decided to completely renovate our youth room area. The existing ceiling tiles were the standard white office tiles. They were water-stained from some roof leaks (which have now been corrected) and full of holes from teenagers playing pool and pushing the cue sticks into the ceiling. We wanted a completely different look and I started researching online for colored tiles. After installing just a few tiles, we were sold! They are so easy to wipe off and a cue stick will only push up the tile and then it drops back down (we tried this several times of course). Since our grand opening on July 1st I've had several inquires for your website information. Thank you for excellent customer service and a wonderful product.

One of the reasons we used Ceilume in our 50,000 + Sq. Ft flagship store is because they can be installed under fire suppression sprinklers, which saves a lot of money on installation materials and labor, since no visible sprinkler drops were required. This restaurant is a very young, contemporary and hip type place. We had a very limited budget and the place has actually changed some since these photos were taken.

Thank you for your interest. These ceiling tiles that we got from you are great everyone loves them. We installed them in a little restaurant in Tallahassee, FL. Along with your tiles we used a product from Gridmax (you can find it at Lowe's). I forget what the name of it is, but it's put over the ceiling grid because these Gridmax "grid covers" come in cool patterns. In our case cross-hatched silver. Anyway I attached a photo, but it's at night and not too good of the lighting. When I get some better ones i will send them your way.

The installation went well. I wanted to replace the acoustic tiles that were in my bathroom, to avoid mold and mildew. The vinyl tiles will hold up much better in this damp environment. The new tiles were very easy to work with, I simply cut them with scissors! It has also made the small room feel much brighter and cleaner.

Tiles worked out great!

We used the black Stratford tiles throughout the store and the translucent Stratford tiles over the lights.  We are really pleased with the way the ceiling turned out.  It looks very classy and matches well with the decor of the store.

Our project is very much a success!  We installed the tiles in our family room which was originally a garage when the house was built in the 1950's.  The Ceilume tiles were a very cost effective method to update the ceiling without going to the expense of drywalling, etc.
 
We've received many compliments on the fabulous impact the tiles have made to our family room from our friends and family.

Your tiles and our project were a great combination.  We put these tiles in an old historic building in a small southern town coffee shop.  We wanted to bring an old feel to a trendy new place and it worked very well. The ceiling tiles are in a dry cleaning shop outside Chicago.  Everybody likes them, even the building inspectors!  There were drop ceiling tiles already in place - dirty and yellowed - I just painted the grids and inserted the Ceilume under the mineral fiber panels. Some had to be stapled together but it was worth it. In a dry cleaners, the humidity and dust yellow up the fiber panels quickly, with yours, I can clean as needed and the panels look especially good with the T-8 lights.
