Hi, Everything went well with the ceiling tiles. Installation was fast and clean.

I want to say that we have been in business for 40 years, with our restaurant  and we received more compliments on our new ceiling than any other upgrade we ever did. It looks wonderful  and it was a piece of cake to install. Don't be surprised to get few orders from our area because I had lots of people asking me where we got that ceiling? We replaced the ceiling in our 40-foot motorhome. We had problems with some sagging and discolored areas and, when we pulled down the old ceiling covering, we found some areas of mold that we replaced. We also replaced the fluorescent lighting with smaller lights. It came out wonderful. We are very pleased with the outcome. I've attached a photo of the finished ceiling.

Thanks for checking.  I really like the panels, they have transformed my kitchen and my dining room.  I live in an older house and really hated the drop ceilings, but didn't know how to get rid of them without a major project that would have required significant expense, time and disruption.  I installed the Ceilume tile by myself in less than a day for each room!!!

I was born in Peoria, Il but have lived in Colorado for the last 20 years. As a child I spent nearly every summer at my Great-Grandmother's farm North of Peoria. Fast forward to now - I am married with four children. For the the past 8 years we've spent two weeks every summer at the farm in Illinois. (it's been empty for that long) My Great-grandma passed away three years ago (she was one month away from 100) and no one wanted to take over the farm. We've wanted to live there for a long while - we ended up moving there (here) October 2008. I've been in the pizza industry for 12 years - so we found a building in a small town about 10 miles form the farm and opened a pizza restaurant. Researching ceiling options I found your website - and the rest is history. Installation was very easy. The ceiling is beautiful and we have many people compliment on how it looks. I had some left over tiles and I've given several of the tiles out to my guests along with your web address. Thank you for helping us build a successful restaurant!

We can seat about 44 in the dining room and another 44 in our banquet room. Our town has a population of about 2000 and we'll fill both rooms on Friday and Saturday night.

The look came out great!!!  Kinda makes me feel like I've got a Casino type ceiling installed.  Please let me know if ya'll end up posting them so I can share with friends as well. Thanks so much for your follow up.

The installation is in a 20' x 22' indoor spa area. I used  24" x 24" white Ceilume Petal Ceiling Tiles and HG-Grid Vinyl Suspension System from Acoustic Ceiling Products. For the edge pieces, I used painted drywall. I selected Ceilume tiles and the HG-Grid system because of the humidity in the spa area. The grid system was slightly more difficult to install than a metal system since the pieces did not snap together as easily as metal and the plastic was much more flexible and harder to keep in place. The tiles dropped right in without a problem. The only problem I had was that I did not realize that the Petal tiles are directional so I had completed a section before noticing that the tiles should be oriented in a specific pattern. Everyone is very pleased with the ceiling tiles.  The person who installed it said that it was easy to work with and it only took him a couple of evenings to complete the ceiling.

Ceilume is a fantastic product in so many ways!! The fact that I am a Green Company it was important to find a product that was environmentally friendly. We remodeled the Adler Building, which was built in 1893 in Historic Downtown
Guthrie, OK. Guthrie was the first capital of Oklahoma and is on the National Historic Trust registry as the largest contiguously restored Victorian city in the United States. The building had gone through many remodels, but none of them had restored it historically. Air conditioning had been added and a drop ceiling had been installed.  The Ceilume Ceiling Tiles were just the answer to restore the historic look with minor modifications. Everyone that walks in the building comments on the wonderful "tin" ceiling.
We have inspired more of the historic building owners to consider installing the Ceilume tiles.

We've had many compliments on the ceiling. Everyone is used to seeing a plain fissured tile, so this really looks good to them. It was also the easiest ceiling that I've ever put in. My friend that helped me is a licensed installer and was very impressed with the tile. They're so easy to work around any obstacle. Hope I never have to do this again, but if I do, I'll use this same tile.

The tiles we put in were quite possibly the best improvement we've made to our store. The change in tiles was dramatic, and flat out amazing.  I wish I had a before and after picture to show you the day and night difference.  When people walk into the store now, the ceiling is the first thing they notice, where as before it was just the bland mineral fiber tiles that made the store filthy with dust.

The tiles worked perfectly, even the ones I had to cut to fit in tight spots.  And the fact that your guys' ceiling tiles were at least 50% less than any other tile replacement options was just another reason to be happy.  The tiles are absolutely amazing.

The installation of the Ceilume tiles was a breeze for the contractor - he had to install them using scaffolding, as our ceiling is 17' height - the light weight of the boxes and having 50 per box was perfect for him. All he did was pop the basic white tile into the Ceilume, placed thru the grid and within seconds it was in.

We've been taking lots of interior pictures of the new dance studio (www.onpointedancestudio.com) but due to the ceiling height, the typical picture does not do justice to your product... However when new clients and our dance instructors walk into the studio they pretty much gasp at how great the ceiling looks.

Attached is a shot we took a couple weeks ago getting the floor cleaned and doing molding work... you can get an idea of the room, but like I said no justice in the picture to your product.The detail of the floral design gets challenged by a lot of people (they think its the old fashion tin style) so we keep a sample nearby and they are amazed. We mention the product by name as well.

The product is truly a hit and people stare at the ceiling. It was very easy to install and all of us are highly impressed at the final product.  Thank you very much.

The grid went in pretty easily, and the Ceilume panels were a snap!  Very easy to trim to fit.  Also, we had some duct work that was just above the level of the grid, and the flexibility of the Ceilume panels was great, because I could bend the panels a little bit to squeeze them up into the grid without requiring any clearance at all.  As soon as they were above the grid, they snapped back into shape, and you can't tell at all that the ducts are right above them.  We still haven't decided whether we are going to leave the grid white, or paint it to match the latte panels.

The installation went great!  It was actually ridiculously easy! We have a tiny boutique, just 225 sq feet.  The building is from the 70's so we hated the old horrible panels and loved the "mod" look of the Ceilume tiles and also that it made the ceilings look higher.  It's made such a huge difference plus I love that it's environmentally friendly and recyclable.

The only thing we wish your company had was just plain white simple edge trim tiles with no design.  We had to use something else for the edges since none of the samples looked quite right with their designs being cut etc.

I've attached photos of the store before the stock was moved in.  We've had so many compliments on our ceiling tiles and we love them!!

We went with the Ceiling Link grid system.  I know this is not your product, but I thought I'd just share that next time I would go with one that locks together.  If I accidentally pushed too hard on the tile I was putting in, the whole row would shift, and I'd have to go back to the beginning and reset them all.  Not a huge problem, but annoying when it did happen.

As far as your product....

The tiles were sooo easy to paint. I loved them.  I ended up not antiquing the Stratford ones like I had planned to do because the antiqued ones seemed too dark, and looked dirty once they were up.  So, I painted the Stratford ceiling tiles a Crème Brulee cream color (one coat).  These went in the bulk of the basement... den, office, library, hallway, storage room, and bathroom. The trim in these rooms was also painted that color, and they look great together.  Rather than use the edge pieces of the grid, the top trim pieces actually hold the tiles up along the edges.

The Orb pattern is in our boys' bedroom.  I painted those the same light blue that is on the upper third of their walls (2 coats).  They look great!

As far as installation.  It was even easier than I expected to cut the holes out for vents and lights.  The material is very easy to work with.  The only issue I had was with the Orb pattern.  The problem may have been caused by us making the grid pieces fit a little too tightly in places.  If a tile was pushed up in a corner out of the grid, I could get a grip on the Stratford tile to pull it back down into place, but the Orb pattern had nothing to grip, so I had to pop the tile beside it out and push it back down, then hope that the one I popped out fell back into place easily.  This was not a huge problem, but it did happen often. Again, this may have been due to the grid system we chose not locking into place, allowing the tiles to get pinched tighter than they needed to be.

So, overall, we were very pleased with the Ceilume tiles.  They were easy to work with, took paint very well, and were easy to put up. They look really great, and we're looking forward to their easy care for many years.

We own a 1904 two story brick building in downtown Walla Walla.  We used your ceiling tiles in two locations.  The first use of your ceiling tiles was for tenant improvements for a new retail tenant.  The space has 15 foot ceilings and exposed brick walls.  It turned out very nice and the tenant was extremely happy with the result.

Good morning!  I just finished installing your tiles in a store ceiling in Regina SK - Canada. I also had painted them in a color to match the walls.  I would be very interested in working with you to develop the Canadian market. Had you any plans in that direction?  I am a cabinet maker and spray painter/finisher and it's spring - a very busy time for me. The company I work with would also be interested, so local display space is available - if that is necessary. Or perhaps i could just arrange showing local distributors, national distributors, etc.  Ahhhh - lets just sell a hundred million of em - I like em!

Thank you for your interest. These ceiling tiles that we got from you are great everyone loves them. We installed them in a little restaurant in Tallahassee, FL. Along with your tiles we used a product from Gridmax (you can find it at Lowe's). I forget what the name of it is, but it's put over the ceiling grid because these Gridmax "grid covers" come in cool patterns. In our case cross-hatched silver. Anyway I attached a photo, but it's at night and not too good of the lighting. When I get some better ones i will send them your way.

Aunt Emma's is a down home cooked meal, old fashioned Midwest type place. They have blackboards with the menu on them.

We used the black Stratford tiles throughout the store and the translucent Stratford tiles over the lights.  We are really pleased with the way the ceiling turned out.  It looks very classy and matches well with the decor of the store.

The final installation looks great!

The ceiling tiles look great and we are very happy with the Ceilume tiles.  We've had numerous customers compliment us on the ceiling - it really gives the salon a distinctive, upscale look. The installation was relatively simple and easy since your tiles were lightweight. We hit a few snags here or there with some existing heavy objects (wiring, a/c ducts, etc.) sitting above the tiles so my contractor tied them up to the ceiling to support their weight. It definitely gave our old building an updated look. Several visitors we've had between December and now also noticed the aesthetic change and had made positive comments about it. 

Our club room was completed on June 5, 2006, and the ceiling looks awesome.  The ceiling tiles are easy to install, and the price was great. Thanks for the check up.  I've included a couple pictures.

My ceiling turned out beautifully!  I completely renovated an old building in a very small town in southwestern Michigan.  When we finished the project, many people in town were very interested in seeing what we had done.  For the first few weeks we spent about as much time giving tours of the facility as we did working.  Fortunately, the building turned out well and everyone seemed to be really impressed with the place.  The top item on the list of things that people mentioned that they loved was my ceiling.  "Where did you find that?"   
   
As a matter of fact, a local historian came in and took pictures of the place.  She brought me copies of them.  Out of the twenty or so pictures she took of the building, three of them were of the ceiling!

Installation was a breeze, came out well.  I am very happy with the results.

The ceiling tiles are in a dry cleaning shop outside Chicago.  Everybody likes them, even the building inspectors!  There were drop ceiling tiles already in place - dirty and yellowed - I just painted the grids and inserted the Ceilume under the mineral fiber panels. Some had to be stapled together but it was worth it. In a dry cleaners, the humidity and dust yellow up the fiber panels quickly, with yours, I can clean as needed and the panels look especially good with the T-8 lights.

We have received so many comments on the ceiling.  It looks like a million bucks, but of course it wasn't.  Being a destination location for builders and interior designers for manufactured and natural stone products, we wanted a black ceiling that didn't take away from our wall samples.  The ceiling is non-disruptive yet bold.  We have given out your name and website many times to date to people who have asked.  It was a pleasure working with you.
