AcoustoTherm Backpanels

AcoustoTherm Backpanels are designed to nest above suspended/drop ceiling tiles, creating an insulating and sound dampening pocket of still air. This air pocket will boost a ceiling's Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) and R-value without the need for costly, dusty insulation material.

AcoustoTherm Backpanels can also be used in lighting applications to hide dust and insect accumulation.

To install AcoustoTherm Backpanels, 6" of clearance above grid level is required.

• 2' x 2' in size (use two above 2' x 4' ceiling panels)
• For use in suspended/drop ceiling tile installations
• Class A Fire Rated
